Hi Thea: What a sweet cottage. You had it decorated so beautifully. I remember what you said about Cornwall so I bet you were sorry to leave it. Our Cottage was build by a Cornish miner for his family when he worked the mines here in Grass Valley. The history is fasinating to me..Happy Sunday..Judy
Hello JudyThank you for your lovely comments, yes the history is fascinating, we know a little about the cottage, at least two families lived in it, mains water was not connected until 1974, so water was collected from a well , and the loo was down the garden in a shed! I do have some old photos of the cottage and owners that I shall post.Thea x
