  2. Hi Thea: What a sweet cottage. You had it decorated so beautifully. I remember what you said about Cornwall so I bet you were sorry to leave it. Our Cottage was build by a Cornish miner for his family when he worked the mines here in Grass Valley. The history is fasinating to me..Happy Sunday..Judy

    1. Hello Judy
Thank you for your lovely comments, yes the history is fascinating, we know a little about the cottage, at least two families lived in it, mains water was not connected until 1974, so water was collected from a well , and the loo was down the garden in a shed! I do have some old photos of the cottage and owners that I shall post.

  10. Hello,
I visited your blog today - I saw you on HH Photography. Your blog is lovely, and it is filled with beauty and simplicity, two things which I love. Me and my daughters started a blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow. I would enjoy coming back to visit with you. I hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day. Oh, I love Rod Stewart too. I grew up listening to him. In fact, me and my husband's song is sung by Rod Stewart.
